The!BOP!Teacher!Training!Fellowship!is!a!twoQyear!commitment!for!master!teachers!to!write!and! develop!interdisciplinary!marine!science!and!stewardship!curriculum!for!NYC!schools.!This!a! unique!opportunity!for!teachers!to!work!directly!with!leading!marine!scientists!and!STEM! professionals;!to!transfer!scientific!knowledge!directly!to!students!who!are!historically! underrepresented!in!STEM!fields!and!to!engage!our!city’s!young!people!in!the!authentic!study!and! practice!of!ecological!restoration!and!environmental!stewardship.!! !
