Please check that you have filled in all the details required carefully and accurately, once the place is confirmed your son/daughter will not be allowed to change to another activity unless there are exceptional circumstances. This does not include reasons such as your son/daughter is not with their normal friends, (as one of the reasons for the week is to get pupils from different friendships and year groups to interact together). Once an activity is allocated to your child you are liable to pay the full cost as the school has to make payments a long time in advance of the week. Pupils will not be permitted to participate in an activity unless full payment is made by the deadline date.
