C. Approved the use of Blanket and Super Blanket purchase orders for amounts not to  exceed $250,000.00 per order for Fiscal Year 2017.   

D. Approved the following advances from the General Fund (001) to the funds listed.  Repayment of the advance to occur during Fiscal Year 2017.  Federal Grant (590/9216) Title IIA  $31,630.86  Federal Grant (516/9216) IDEA Part B  $10,173.76  Federal Grant (572/9216) Title 1 $18,815.71    IV.

SUPERINTENDENT’S RECOMMENDATION  

    A. Approved Melissa  D.  Biddle,  as Intervention Specialist (Mod/Intensive) Teacher, one (1)  year  limited contract, three (3 ) years experience, salary per negotiated CTA agreement,  $39,000,  Resident  Educator  license,  effective  with  the  2016­2017  contract  year,  contingent  upon  a  valid  Ohio  teaching  license  and  a  clear  criminal  background  check  (B.C.I./F.B.I.).    VI.
