Approved Kambrianna Thornton-Haubiel as K-5 Intervention Specialist Teacher, 4-Year Resident Educator Mild/Moderate (K-12) license, one (1) year limited contract, four (4) years experience, $39,000, effective with the 2017-2018 contract year; contingent upon a clear criminal background check (B.C.I./F.B.I.) and a valid Ohio teaching license from Ohio Department of Education. Approved to contract with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department for security at varsity football and varsity basketball games for the 2017-2018 school year, cost is $25.00 per hour per deputy, $10 per hour for cruiser, if needed, plus $5.00 administrative fee for each assigned shift. Approved to contract with The Center for Individual and Family Services Inc./Catalyst Life Services DBA The Rehab Center, for audiology services as needed for students for the 2017-2018 school year, July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, at an hourly rate of $90 for consultation services, equipment maintenance, time in preparation for IEP writing, report preparation and meetings rendered portal to portal, and $95 for each hearing evaluation plus the cost of travel when testing is completed at the school. Y. Approved agreement with NCOCC-H-COG General Assembly (North Central Ohio Computer Cooperative) Service Level Agreement FY18, for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018; cost $26,712.00. Z. Approved agreement with NCOCC-H-COG General Assembly (North Central Ohio Computer Cooperative) LAN Management Contract FY18, for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. AA.

Approved agreement with Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center for services for the 2017-2018 school year; estimated cost $114,232.

Conferences with an attorney for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action. D. Preparing for, conducting, or reviewing negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of their employment. E. Matters required to be kept confidential by federal law or rules or state statutes. F. Specialized details of security arrangements where disclosure of the matters discussed might reveal information that could be used for the purpose of committing or avoid prosecution for a violation of the law. G. To hear grievances brought before the Board at “Level Three” (Board Level) by OAPSE Local #775 or the Crestview Teachers Association. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Crestview Local Board of Education, by a majority of the quorum present at this meeting, does hereby declare its intention to hold an executive session on item(s) ​ ​ as listed above.
