Itinerary for Big Country Marching Festival Performance Attire: Full Uniform  2:22 pm  3:00 pm  5:45 pm ▪ ▪     

6:30 pm 7:15 pm 7:25 pm 7:30 pm 7:40 pm ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪

 8:00 pm  8:15 pm  8:30 pm ▪  8:45 pm  11:30 pm ▪ ▪  11:45 pm

come to band hall, load trucks & busses depart for Abilene arrive at Abilene Wylie Stadium unload trucks & busses put on uniforms Warm-up and inspection in Warm-up Arc leave warm-up area for ready area move into the stadium PERFORMANCE exit stadium go back to busses, change out of uniform into band shirts, put up instruments, load trucks & busses come back into stadium where we entered for ready area get meal ticket from Mrs. Hair go through concession lines to pick up your Chick-fil-a meal and sit together in stands to watch other bands watch Sweetwater watch Wylie announcement of 4A results head to busses depart for Andrews arrive in Andrews unload trucks & busses sit-down meeting – watch video Tuesday 7:00 am go home
