Belle Plaine Community Center Committee Blind Application The Belle Plaine School Board and City Council is searching for community members who are interested in being part of a committee to begin looking at the possibility of building a Community Center here in Belle Plaine. You will be representing the community and required to collect feedback from community members on what they would like to see part of this Community Center. From that we will determine the needs of our community and define what the ideal Community Center looks like. We want members to stand behind our philosophy to:
“Create a place that meets the broad based needs of the community where people can come together and interact in a thriving, active environment that becomes a focal point of community pride!” This will be a blind application process. Your name will be covered and City Council and School Board members will read through the applications and determine the committee. We are looking for 3 members in the age ranges of (18-32), (33-47), (48-61) (61+), along with members from both the School Board and City Council to form this committee.
