Bayta carries the meaning of “house” in Arabic and Hebrew. Our house offers a one-of-a kind sensory journey to sate the appetite of gourmets. Combining Mediterranean inspiration on the plate and well-sourced natural wines in the glass. Bayta roots are to be found in the broad and diverse culture surrounding the Mediterranean Sea. Its products are sustainable, traceable or organic, fresh from the market and prepared on the day when possible. We want to share our passion. Every bite of it!
