4 เหตุผลทีเ่ ราเริ่มต้ นคาแนะนา “ซื้อเก็งกาไร” หุ้น BAY ทีร่ าคาเป้าหมาย ณ สิน้ ปี 2561 ที่ 45

บาท 1) คาดสินเชื่อขยายตัวดีขน้ึ จากปี ก่ อนหน้ า ตามแผนรุ กสินเชื่อรายย่ อย และสินเชื่อ ธุรกิจ 2) คาดคุณภาพสินทรั พย์ อยู่ในเกณฑ์ ดีอย่ างต่ อเนื่อง แต่ 3) ค่ าใช้ จ่ายในการ ดาเนินงานยังเป็ นขาขึน้ กดดันกาไรเติบโตจากัด 4) ราคาหุ้น ณ ปั จจุบันรั บรู้ ปัจจัยบวกต่ อ แนวโน้ มสินเชื่อและคุณภาพสินทรั พย์ ไปแล้ ว ส่ งผลให้ valuation ตึงตัว

แนวโน้ มสินเชื่อสดใสกว่ ำปี ก่ อนหน้ ำ จำกสินเชื่อรำยย่ อย และธุรกิจขนำดใหญ่

แนวโน้ มสินเชื่อปี 2561 ขยายตัว 8% YoY สูงกว่าปี ก่อนหน้ าที่ขยายตัว 7% YoY จากแผนรุกสินเชื่อ ธุรกิจ (Corporate) และ สินเชื่อรายย่อย (Retail) ซึง่ BAY มีจดุ แข็งด้ านฐานลูกค้ าใน 3 กลุม่ คือ 1) บัตร เครดิต; BAY มีสว่ นแบ่งการตลาดเป็ นอันดับ 1 ของประเทศ 2) สินเชื่อเช่าซื ้อ; BAY เน้ นขยายฐาน ลูกค้ าผ่าน 3 ช่องทางหลัก ได้ แก่ “Car for cash”, “กรุงศรีออโต้ ” และ “เงินติดล้ อ” 3) สินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัย ด้ านสินเชื่อธุรกิจเราคาดการลงทุนใน EEC ของกลุม่ บริษัทญี่ปนเป็ ุ่ นตัวขับเคลื่อนหลัก โดย BAY มี ความได้ เปรียบเหนือคู่แข่ง จากผู้ถือหุ้นหลัก MUFG ซึง่ เป็ นสถาบันการเงินใหญ่สดุ ในประเทศญี่ปนุ่

คุณภำพสินทรัพย์ ปลอดภัยไร้ กังวล

เราคาดคุณภาพสินทรัพย์ของ BAY อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี เพราะ NPL ratio สินเชื่อเช่าซื ้อรถยนต์ของกลุม่ ธนาคาร ผ่านพ้ นจุดสูงสุดไปแล้ วใน 2Q58 ประกอบกับ BAY มีสดั ส่วนสินเชื่อ SME ต่าเพียง 14% โดย คาด Gross NPL ปี 2561 ขยายตัวเพียง 5% YoY เทียบกับปี 2560 ขยายตัว 8% YoY ส่งผลให้ NPL ratio ลดลงจาก 2.4% ในปี 2560 เป็ น 2.3% ในปี 2561 ต่ากว่าค่าเฉลี่ยกลุม่ ที่ 3.7% และคาด Credit cost ลดลงจาก 153 bps ในปี 2560 เป็ น 145 bps ในปี 2561 เพราะปี 2560 ได้ รับผลกระทบจากการ ตังส ้ ารองลูกหนี ้รายใหญ่อย่าง EARTH นอกจากนี ้เราคาด Coverage ratio ปี 2561 ที่ 152% เพียงพอ ต่อการปรับใช้ มาตรฐานบัญชี IFRS9 ทาให้ BAY ไม่ต้องเร่งตังส ้ ารองเพิ่ม

แต่ ค่ำจ่ ำยในกำรดำเนินงำนยังเป็ นขำขึน้ ส่ งผลต่ อกำไรปี 2561 เติบโตต่ำกว่ ำกลุ่ม

เราคาดกาไรสุทธิปี 2561 ที่ 2.6 หมื่นล้ านบาท เติบโต 11% YoY ต่ากว่าค่าเฉลี่ยกลุม่ ธนาคารที่คาด ขยายตัว 13% YoY จากค่าใช้ จ่ายในการดาเนินงานที่คาดเพิ่มขึ ้น 10%YoY ซึง่ เป็ นผลจาก 1) แผนรุก สินเชื่อรายย่อยต่อเนื่อง โดยสินเชื่อรายย่อยมีต้นทุนดาเนินงานสูงกว่าสินเชื่อประเภทอื่น และ 2) การ ลงทุนระบบ IT เพิ่มเป็ น 8.5 พันล้ านบาท จาก 5.5 พันล้ านบาท ในปี 2560 ส่งผลให้ BAY จะมี อัตราส่วน Cost to income ratio ขยับขึ ้นจาก 48% ในปี 2560 เป็ น 49% ในปี 2561 (สูงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ย กลุม่ ที่ 44%)

เริ่มต้ นคำแนะนำ “ซือ้ เก็งกำไร” ที่รำคำเป้ำหมำย 45 บำท

เราเริ่มต้ นคาแนะนา “ซื ้อเก็งกาไร” ที่ราคาเป้าหมาย 45 บาท คิดเป็ น Implied PBV 1.3 เท่า ใกล้ เคียง -0.5SD ของค่าเฉลี่ย 10 ปี ในอดีต เพราะ BAY มี Cost to income ratio สูงกว่ากลุ่มฯ จากค่าใช้ จ่าย ดาเนินงานที่เป็ นขาขึ ้น กดดันกาไรปี นี ้ เติบโตน้ อยกว่ากลุ่ม รวมทังมี ้ อตั ราผลตอบแทนเงินปั นผลราว 2.2% ต่ากว่ากลุ่มฯ เช่นกัน นอกจากนีเ้ รามองว่า BAY มีความเสี่ยงด้ านสภาพคล่องในการซื ้อขาย เพราะเป็ นหุ้นที่มี Free float ต่าเมื่อเทียบกับธนาคารพาณิชย์อื่น ประกอบกับราคาหุ้นปั จจุบนั เหลือ upside gain จากราคาเป้าหมายเพียง 6.5% FYE Dec (THBmn) Net Interest Income Non interest Income PPOP Net Profit Norm EPS (THB) Norm EPS Growth (%) DPS (THB) Dividend Yield (%) PER (X) P/BV (X) NPLs/Loans (%) CAR (%) ROE (%)

Section 1: Valuation and Recommendation เริ่มต้ นคำแนะนำ “ซือ้ เก็งกำไร” ที่รำคำเหมำะสม 45 บำท เราประเมินราคาเหมาะสมหุ้น BAY ที่ 45 บาท ด้ วยวิธี GGM ภายใต้ สมมติฐาน LTROE 11.5% Cost of equity 10.6% คานวณ Target PBV ที่ 1.3 เท่า ใกล้ เคียง 0.5SD ของค่าเฉลี่ย 10 ปี ในอดีต เป็ นระดับที่เหมาะสม เพราะ 1) Cost to income ratio อยูใ่ นระดับสูงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยกลุม่ ที่ 44% 2) คาดอัตราผลตอบแทนเงินปั นผลในปี 2561 ที่ 2.2% ต่ากว่าค่าเฉลี่ยกลุม่ ที่ 3.9% และ 3) BAY มี Free float ในตลาดต่า (fig 5)

Section 2: รำยได้ ดอกเบีย้ สดใสจำกสินเชื่อ และ NIM  เราคาดสินเชื่อปี 2561 ขยายตัว 8% YoY เด่นกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยกลุม่ ที่ 6.8% YoY ด้ วยปั จจัยสนับสนุนจากสินเชื่อรายย่อย (Retail) สินเชื่อธุรกิจ (Corporate) และความสามารถในการบริหารส่วนต่างอัตราดอกเบี ้ย (NIM) ได้ ใกล้ เคียงกับ ปี ก่อนหน้ า ส่งผลให้ รายได้ ดอกเบี ้ยสุทธิ (NII) ปี 2561 เติบโต 9% YoY (fig 711)

ผู้นำสินเชื่อรำยย่ อย  คาดสินเชื่อรายย่อย (Retail) มีแนวโน้ มขยายตัวตามการบริโภคในประเทศ เพราะ BAY มีจดุ แข็งใน 3 กลุม่ สินเชื่อหลัก ได้ แก่ 1) สินเชื่อบัตรเครดิต (สัดส่วน 10% ของสินเชื่อรวม ปี 2560) โดย BAY มีสว่ นแบ่งการตลาดเป็ น อันดับหนึ่งของประเทศ 2) สินเชื่อเช่าซื ้อรถยนต์และจานาทะเบียน (Hire purchase) (สัดส่วน 22% ของสินเชื่อรวม ปี 2560) BAY ขยายฐานลูกค้ าผ่าน 3 ช่องทางหลักคือ “เงินติดล้ อ”, “คาร์ ฟอร์ แคช” และ “กรุงศรีออโต้ ” และ 3) สินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัย (สัดส่วน 14% ของสินเชื่อรวม ปี 2560) เติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง

สินเชื่อภำคธุรกิจ มีโอกำสเติบโตจำกกลุ่มลูกค้ ำญี่ปุ่น  เราคาดปั จจัยหนุนการขยายสินเชื่อธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ (Corporate) ของ BAY คือการลงทุนภาคเอกชนในพื ้นที่เขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) ซึง่ ศูนย์วิจยั กสิกรคาดว่านักลงทุนญี่ปนในกลุ ุ่ ม่ อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ และ เครื่องใช้ ไฟฟ้า จะเป็ นกลุม่ นักลงทุนหลักในพื ้นที่ดงั กล่าว คิดเป็ นสัดส่วนราว 50% ของนักลงทุนต่างชาติใน EEC โดย BAY มีความได้ เปรียบด้ านการขยาย ฐานลูกค้ าบริษัทญี่ปนุ่ เหนือคูแ่ ข่ง จากการเป็ นส่วนหนึ่งของ Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) สถาบันการเงินใหญ่ที่สดุ ในประเทศญี่ปนุ่

คำด NIM ใกล้ เคียงกับปี ก่ อนหน้ ำ  เราคาด NIM ปี 2561 ที่ 3.7% ใกล้ เคียงกับปี ก่อนหน้ า และสูงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยกลุม่ ที่ 3.1% (fig 10) เพราะโครงสร้ างพอร์ ตสินเชื่อ 47% เป็ นสินเชื่อรายย่อย (fig 8) มีอตั ราผลตอบแทนสูง นอกจากนี ้ BAY มีความได้ เปรียบด้ านต้ นทุนทาง การเงิน ด้ วยแหล่งเงินกู้ระหว่างธนาคาร (Interbank) จาก MUFG ที่ต่า

Section 3: ไร้ ควำมกังวลด้ ำนคุณภำพสินทรัพย์  เราคาดคุณภาพสินทรัพย์ของ BAY ดีขึ ้นต่อเนื่อง เพราะ 1) BAY มีสดั ส่วน สินเชื่อ SME เพียง 14% ของสินเชื่อรวม ณ สิ ้นปี 2560 โดยสินเชื่อ SME เป็ น กลุม่ ที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อการตกชันเป็ ้ นหนี ้เสียมากที่สดุ ในปั จจุบนั 2) ข้ อมูลจาก ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย พบว่า NPL ratio สินเชื่อเช่าซื ้อรถยนต์ ในกลุม่ ธนาคารพาณิชย์ ได้ ผา่ นจุดสูงสุดไปแล้ วใน 3Q58 (fig 12) ซึง่ BAY มีสดั ส่วน สินเชื่อเช่าซื ้อรถยนต์มากถึง 22%  ดังนันเราคาด ้ NPL ratio ลดลงจาก 2.4% ในปี 2560 เป็ น 2.3% ในปี 2561 (ต่ากว่าค่าเฉลี่ยกลุม่ ที่ 3.7%) และคาด credit cost ลดจาก 153 bps ในปี 2560 เป็ น 145 bps ในปี 2561 เพราะในปี 2560 ได้ รับผลกระทบจากกรณี EARTH ซึง่ BAY มีมลู หนี ้ราว 1.2 พันล้ านบาท (source : ฐานเศรษฐกิจ) นอกจากนี ้คาด Coverage ratio ปี 2561 ที่ 152% เพียงพอต่อการปรับใช้ มาตรฐานบัญชี IFRS9 โดยไม่ต้องเร่งตังส ้ ารองเพิ่ม Figure 12: NPL ratio of auto loans revealed the lowest among retail sector HP

Section 3: Earning forecast กำไรโตต่ อเนื่องจำกรำยได้ NII และ Non-NII ส่ วนค่ ำใช้ จ่ำยยังสูงต่ อ 

คาดกาไรสุทธิปี 2561 ที่ 2.6 หมื่นล้ านบาท เติบโต 11% YoY และ ปี 2562 ที่ 2.8 หมื่นล้ านบาท เติบโต 8% YoY (fig 16) หนุนจาก 1) การปรับตัวขึ ้นของ รายได้ ดอกเบี ้ย (NII) 9% และ 8% ในปี 2561-2562 ตามลาดับ จากการ ขยายตัวของสินเชื่อ และความได้ เปรียบด้ านต้ นทุนทางการเงินระหว่าง ธนาคาร 2) การเติบโตรายได้ ที่ไม่ใช่ดอกเบี ้ย (Non-NII) 8% และ 7% ในปี 2561-2562 ตามลาดับ จากค่าธรรมเนียมบริการบัตร และค่าธรรมเนียมธุรกิจ เช่าซื ้อ (fig 17-18) และ 3) การลดลงของ Credit cost



เราคาดค่าใช้ จ่ายในการดาเนินงานปี 2561-2562 ปรับตัวขึ ้น 10% YoY และ 9% YoY ตามลาดับ ส่งผลให้ cost to income ratio สูงขึ ้นจาก 48% ในปี 2560 เป็ น 49% ในปี 2561 และปี 2562 (สูงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยกลุม่ ที่ 44%) (fig 19) เพราะ 1) BAY มีแผนปรับปรุงระบบ IT ราว 8.5 พันล้ านบาท (สูงขึ ้นจากปี 2560 ที่ 5.5 พันล้ านบาท) เพื่อรองรับปริมาณธุรกรรมทางดิจิทลั ที่มากขึ ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง และ 2) BAY ยังคงรุกสินเชื่อรายยย่อย 3 กลุม่ ลูกค้ าหลักอย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึง่ สินเชื่อลูกค้ ารายย่อยมีต้นทุนการดาเนินงานสูงกว่าสินเชื่อประเภทอื่น Figure 17: Non-Interest income and %Growth YoY

1. Credit risk: concentration risk relates to any single or group of exposures in business sectors having potential to produce large losses for the bank. 2. Non-performing loan (NPL): NPLs arise when a debtor fails to repay debts on schedule. 3. Interest rate risk: the fluctuation of interest rate affects the bank’s interest income and expense. 4. Liquidity risk: Liquidity risk arise from a mismatch of maturity of the bank’s assets and liabilities.
