Key messages

Event ประชุมนักวิเคราะห์ lmpact ไตรมาสสองเป็ นช่ วง high season เนื่องจาก weight factor ของค่าความพร้อมจ่าย IPP จะเพิ่มขึ้นตามปัจจัยฤดูกาล ทาให้เราคาดว่าส่ วนแบ่ง กาไรจากโครงการหงสา และ BLCP ที่ส่งมาถึง BPP จะเพิ่มขึ้น QoQ โดยในเดือนเมษายน ทั้งหงสา และ BLCP ต่างก็มีผลการดาเนิ นงานดีท้ งั คู่โดย EAF สูงกว่า 85% และ 95% ตามลาดับ แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม โครงการ BLCP มีกาหนด overhaul ครั้งใหญ่เป็ นเวลา 10 สัปดาห์ใน 4Q61 ในขณะที่หงสา unit 1-3 ก็มี กาหนดตรวจสอบในช่วง 3Q-4Q61 โดย unit 1 จะใช้เวลา 2 สัปดาห์ใน 3Q61 ส่วน unit 2 จะใช้เวลา 6 สัปดาห์ใน 3Q61 และ unit 3 จะใช้เวลา 2 สัปดาห์ใน 4Q61 ซึ่งจะส่ งผลให้ส่วนแบ่งกาไรใน 2H61 จาก สองโครงการนี้น่าจะต่ากว่าใน 1H61 ราคาถ่ านหินที่สูงจะยังคงกดดันผลการดาเนินงานของ CHP เราคาดว่าราคาถ่านหิ นจะยังสู งใน 2Q61 และฉุด margin ของโครงการ CHP ถึงแม้วา่ ค่าไฟจะมีโอกาส ปรับสูงขึ้นได้ตามราคาถ่านหิ นที่อยูใ่ นขาขึ้น แต่ก็ยงั มีช่วงเวลาระหว่างการปรับขึ้นค่าไฟ และราคาถ่าน หิ นที่เพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่ งนอกจากจะรอการปรับค่าไฟแล้ว บริ ษทั ยังบริ หารสต็อกถ่านหิ นอย่างระมัดระวังเพื่อเพิ่ม ประสิ ทธิภาพในการบริ หารต้นทุนด้วย ซึ่ งจะช่วยบรรเทาแรงกดดันจากต้นทุนถ่านหิ นที่สูงไปได้ บางส่วน คาดว่า platform ในปัจจุบันจะทาให้ เกิดการลงทุนใหม่ ในระยะสั้น บริ ษทั เห็นโอกาสในการลงทุนใหม่ๆ ในหลายๆ ประเทศ ทั้งญี่ปนุ่ เวียดนาม อินโดนีเซีย และลาว โดย ในระยะสั้น โครงการใหม่น่าจะมาจาก platform ในปัจจุบนั อย่างเช่นโครงการ solar ในญี่ปนซึ ุ่ ่ งมีการ ประกาศออกมาเป็ นระยะตลอดช่วงปี ที่ผา่ นมา ในขณะเดียวกัน ก็มีโอกาสจาก platform ใหม่ๆ ด้วย อย่างเช่น ในเวียดนาม (solar, ลม และถ่านหิ น) และอินโดนีเซีย (เขื่อนขนาดเล็ก และ solar) ซึ่ งน่าจะ เกิดขึ้นได้ในระยะกลางถึงยาว นอกจากนี้ บริ ษทั ก็กาลังพิจารณาโอกาสการลงทุนในลาว (เขื่อนขนาด เล็ก) แต่บริ ษทั ไม่คิดว่าจะเกิดขึ้นเร็ ว ทั้งนี้ หากบริ ษทั ได้ขอ้ สรุ ปเรื่ องโครงการลงทุนใหม่ๆ ก็จะช่วยเพิม่ upside ให้กบั ประมาณการของเรา Valuation & Action เรายังคงคาแนะนาซื้ อ และให้ราคาเป้ าหมาย DCF ปี 2561 ที่ 32.00 บาท ซึ่งจากราคาปิ ดล่าสุ ดยังเหลือ upside ถึงราคาเป้ าหมายของเราอีก 30% และคิดเป็ น PER 61 ที่ 12.1x ต่ากว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มพลังงาน แบบ conventional ที่ 26.2x นอกจากนี้ เงินสดในมือ, platform การลงทุนที่หลากหลาย และ ความสัมพันธ์กบั บริ ษทั แม่ก็น่าจะช่วยให้บริ ษทั สามารถหาโครงการใหม่เพื่อเข้าลงทุนได้ ซึ่ งจะทาให้ ประมาณการของเรามี upside เพิ่มขึ้น Risks มีการปิ ดโรงไฟฟ้ านอกแผน และเกิดความล่าช้าในการเปิ ดดาเนิ นการเชิ งพาณิ ชย์ของโครงการใหม่ๆ Key financials and valuations
