GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS For ages 16+ unless otherwise noted in class description.
PiYo Strength This is the perfect blend of many disciplines: yoga, pilates, core conditioning, dance, stretch and athletic drills that will help kick up the calorie burn and build muscle. (T, F) PumpFit A fat-burning circuit training class that involves muscle endurance and high intensity cardio intervals. This is an easy to follow class that targets building muscle strength as well as muscle endurance while using music to help guide the moves. (T, Su) Step and Strength This combination class involves simultaneous cardiovascular and strength training. Traditional step combinations are paired with strength training exercises to get a total body workout. (W) Stretch and Tone These “Pilates-Style” exercises are designed to stretch and lengthen your muscles. By gently stretching muscles this class aims to increase exibility, improve posture and balance and reduce stress and tension. Suitable for all tness levels. (Sa) Tabata Boot Camp This Tabata-inspired class is a type of interval training with 10 seconds of rest between a highintensity, fat-burning, metabolic-boosting burst of exercise! (F) TRX Circuit Training Build stability and arm, leg and core strength using a TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Control workout intensity by adjusting body position and angle. Get strong quickly with TRX. (T)
Cycle and Abs This class was designed to give you the best of both worlds: 45 minutes of cycling and 15 minutes of core exercises. Please bring your own mat. (M, F)
Extreme Fit This strength and conditioning program focuses on constantly varied, high-intensity, complete body workouts. Weights, ropes, boxes, pull-up bars and more are used in timed intervals to improve tness levels. (T, Th)
Yoga Sculpt Join us for a traditional yoga ow with weights that provides a total body workout Yoga mat required. (M)
Aquatic fitness classes are also included in your membership! Indoor Rowing This aerobic class develops back, shoulders, chest, abdomen and legs using state-of-the-art Concept II Indoor Rowing Ergometers. (T, Th, Sa)
Low-Impact Zumba This is a great class for those seeking a less intense Zumba class. This class offers the fun and calorie-burning workout of a traditional Zumba class without the impact! (F, Sa)
