Adding Videos in Content Areas • Go to a content area in the course
• Point to Build Content • Click Atomic Learning
Setting Grade Center • The next steps will allow you to set a grade center column and set a number of points for completion.
Permissions/Options • In Options you can allow students to view
• Recommend turning on “Track number of Views”
Submit and Select Training • Once you have set the Grade Center column options hit “Submit and Select Training.
• You will then search for the training you want to include.
Searching for Topic • You can type in a topic and press search.
• If you want more search options open “Advanced Filters”.
• Click on a series title to locate videos.
Selecting Videos • Expand the video list (+) • Turn on the checkboxes in front of videos to include
• Hit “Preview Selection” button when done.
• Click Submit when satisfied with final selection.
Adding Videos in Pages/Announcements • It requires a couple of steps to add Atomic Learning videos to pages / announcements.
• You will use Mashups to add Atomic Learning videos to pages, announcements, discussions, etc.
• Any area that has an editor can add Atomic Learning.

Create your page/announcement Type instructions on page Click Mashups and Choose Atomic Learning Give the link a name
Setting the Heading/Link • Link Text and Link Title must match • Type in a text that match under both and press Submit.

Once you Submit (Twice) turn off the edit mode Go into the object (page, announcement, etc.) Click on the link for the Atomic Learning videos You will then be directed to the search screen for videos
Searching for Topic • You can type in a topic and press search.
• If you want more search options open “Advanced Filters”.
• Click on a series title to locate videos.
Selecting Videos • Expand the video list (+) • Turn on the checkboxes in front of videos to include
• Hit “Preview Selection” button when done.
• Click Submit when satisfied with final selection.
Students Access • When a student completes the videos in the list, a green check mark will appear next to the video name.
• This allows for students to keep track of what videos they have completed.
