Dear Community Member: As President of Temple Beth Shalom, (“The Tremont Street Shul”), I am asking you for your support and assistance as we honor and recognize four outstanding individuals for their commitment to our community and achieving the status of lifetime Board Member. Edward Kahn, Linda Kasten, Arnold Reinhold and Paul Weiss have all gone above and beyond the call of duty for our community, demonstrated what it means to be a true leader and through their continuing efforts have made the Tremont Street Shul, a vibrant, dynamic and caring institution which continues to serve the needs of the Greater Cambridge Jewish community. Temple Beth Shalom is a congregation of 125 families dedicated to making Judaism accessible throughout Mid-Cambridge and the greater Boston area. Our doors are open all year long to our members, community friends, and guests visiting the Boston area looking for a friendly place to come and worship. Our journal which will be distributed at our Dinner will serve as a way for you to honor our most deserving honorees, Eddy, Linda, Paul and Arnold on their deserved achievement and will be a commemorative keepsake for each of them and for the community. Your generous contributions which are tax-deductible*, and the funds which are raised will be used to help support the daily operations of our synagogue and help to make the needed modifications to make our building more handicapped accessible. On the back of this letter is an order form which describes the available advertising opportunities. Please complete the advertising agreement and return it along with your payment and artwork to the synagogue office or you may email same to
