We have had quite a bit of severe weather in our area already this Spring. Now is a great time to take a look at your emergency plans and severe weather preparedness. Severe weather can happen anytime, in any part of the country. Severe weather can include hazardous conditions produced by thunderstorms, including damaging winds, tornadoes, large hail, flooding and flash flooding, and winter storms associated with freezing rain, sleet, snow and strong winds. Don’t be caught off guard, stay ahead of the storm with the information from the websites below. The #1 item to have is a weather radio that will alert you when storms are approaching.
