Takena/Central Scholastic Book Fair Last Week We want to thank all the parents who volunteered their time to our Scholastic Book Fair last week. We could not do it without you. We also want to thank Mrs. Welsh, our library support employee, for taking on this responsibility. The funds we raise will help support our library. Pre-Registration Registration packets have been sent home for the 2017-18 school year. Please read all instructions, complete packet forms, and return completed packets by April 28! And don’t forget that you’ll need to come back in August to finalize registration. Thank you!!! Birthday and Other Celebrations in the Classroom Please do not send (or bring) in flowers, balloons, or other gifts for your child at school. We will not deliver gifts to the classroom. These items cause too much of a distraction in the classroom! They also cannot be taken on the bus. Please check with your child’s teacher if you’d like to bring in treats for your child’s birthday. Each teacher celebrates in a different way. Thank you for your understanding in this matter!
