Call to Order • Welcome Visitors • Agenda Review / Approval Add food service equipment grant letter, necessary to apply for the equipment grantLarry made motion, Stacy seconded that the WRVS board of School Directors would support the grant letter, as written, and agree to pay 50% of the cost- should the grant application be approved All in favor, motion carries.

Reviewing and passing a budget
Discussion: Warrant is agreed to be correct, as written. Add the name of the new Corinth board member (who will be elected tonight at the Select Board meeting). Budget: Board agreed that the reserve fund request needed to be printed into the budget, not a separate line of “could be totals”. Tax worksheet includes the Special Article amount, and will be the single tax worksheet presented to the community and published into the Annual Report. Both Tax sheets are available to discuss and be available if the special article is not approved by the voters. Agreement, additionally, to attempt a visual change to the special article amounts- (maybe highlighted/bold??) Chris Preston made a Motion to approve the proposed FY16 general fund budget of $5,669,883.90 Seconded by Larry Hatch Everyone was in favor, motion carries. Annual Report Book- expenditure summary report from OESU Motion to adjourn by Larry Hatch at 6:41 Seconded by Valerie Johnson All in favor, Motion carries
