Important Instructions :-

Duration of training will be strictly in accordance with Apprentices Act, 1961 ,Apprenticeship Rules and its amendments from time to time.
•
Registration of BE/BTech/Diploma candidates on www.mhrdnats.gov.in and ITI candidates on NCVT MIS portal (https://ncvtmis.gov.in) is mandatory. Kindly see respective websites for registration. After due registration on the website , kindly keep a copy of Registration No. This copy should be enclosed alongwith the application form.

Candidates with post graduate qualification are not eligible to apply .
•
The above registration No. is liable to be verified at the time of interview.
•
OBC certificate issued prior to 01.05 .2015 or certificate whose validity has expired would not be accepted for granting concession.
•
Candidates must have completed ITI from NCVT Board. SCVT is acceptable if trades are not available under NCVT.
•
Applications of those candidates who have . . appeared in the qualifying examination but whose results have not been declared / available as on 01/09/2017 will not be considered for training. Provisional Degree/Certificates of qualifying exam woul ~however be acceptable during the time of joining , but final degree certificates shall have to be submitted as & when received .
•
Those candidates who have completed the qualifying examination as regular candidate are only eligible to apply.
•
Selection of candidates from SC/ST/OBC/PWD category would be as per Apprenticeship rules .
•
PWD candidates are eligible only for the designated trades as per apprenticeship rules.
•
Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training or at present undergoing apprenticeship training under any organisation are not eligible to apply.
•
Candidates with more than one year work experience are not eligible to apply.
•
No TNDA shall be given to outstation candidates for interview/joining GTRE.

Stipend Candidates finally selected for the apprenticeship training would be eligible for stipend as given below as per Govt of India rules: B.E./B.Tech./Eqvt.: Rs.4984/- per month Diploma Rs.3542/- per month ITI 90% of the wages payable per month to the semi-skilled workmen as fixed by latest Karnataka Govt. Gazette Notification
Medical Fitness The candidate shou ld possess satisfactory health. Candidates finally selected will have to produce Fitness Certificate as per GTRE specific format during joining issued by authorised Medical officer of any Government Hospital. Certificate issued by ESIC hospitals will not be accepted . Final selection of the candidate depends upon his/her fulfilling health standards as prescribed in Apprentice Act , 1961 and Apprentice Rules 1992 as amended from time to time . Selection Procedure 1.
There would not be any written examination for selection. /
2. Graduate Apprentice Trainees (B.E/B.Tech.lEguivalent): Selection of candidates will be carried out by shortlisting of candidates on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and vacancies available in the discipline followed by an interview. 3. Diploma Apprentice Traineesl ITI Apprentice Trainees: There would be no interview for Diploma and ITI trades. Candidates would be selected based only on marks obtained in the qualifying exam subject to satisfactory medical fitness. How to Apply • Duly filled-in application form along with the required documents should be submitted either by hand or by post as per General Instructions. Application received through email will not be accepted. • Appl ications received after the last date / Incomplete or partially filled application forms / Applications without candidate's signature will not be accepted. All details have to be filled in or marked as N/A. The envelope containing application form and other documents must be super scribed on top with "Application for Apprenticeship Training -2017 - Graduate I Diploma IITI (as applicable)". • Duly filled application form along with the documents listed in General Instructions shall be subm itted either by hand or by post to the address mentioned below by 05 Sept.2017.

General Instructions • Candidates before filling the application form shall ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for the apprenticeship training . If at any stage of selection or even after selection and joining or during training , it comes to notice that the candidate/trainee does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions or the facts stated are not true or the documents enclosed by the applicant are false/forged, the candidature / appointment / joining of such individual shall be withdrawn immediately without assigning any reason. • All applicants are required to enclose a . copy of self-attested documents mentioned below along with the application form :Documents to be enclosed: (1) 10th Marksheet and Certificate (2) BE/BTech/DiplomaIlTI Marksheets for all / semesters (3) Degree / Provisional Degree Certificate (4) Two Passport size photographs (one pasted on the application and one pinned with name written on the back of photo) (5) Caste Certificate (if applicable) (6) PWD Certificate (if applicable) (7) Photo 10 Card issued by Govt. of India /Aadhaar Card (8) Registration certificate from NCVT/MHRD portal • The Management reserves the right to amend / refix / cancel/suspend the selection procedure at any time during the process without assigning any reason whatsoever.
