It’s one of the Attractive Country that achieved unbelievable results in iGIP to be Ranked Globally as the 17thin terms of growth and results in 2012 But Why not to Grow together to Impact more and more by creating a Sustainable relationship?! Partnership Plan 1. EP Profile o Field of Work We need to focus on two of the most performing work fields in order to boost our Success and have better results.
Marketing Develop marketing plans and market researches and get exposed to different local and international markets through a marketing related internships abroad. Backgrounds: International Marketing Market Research & Evaluation Introductory Marketing Advertising + Public Relations Consumer + Buyer Behavior Sales Marketing Organization Management + Planning Import / Export *Not all of them but a complementing group of backgrounds
IT Have a technical background in areas such as Database Management, Web Design and Web Development and Management. Skills: PHP My SQL Ajax HTML&CSS JavaScript XML Java SQL *Not all of them but a complementing group of backgrounds

Teaching & Language Education Conducting English lessons and workshops in different level groups, frequent tracking through homework and exams to test the knowledge of the students, preparing interesting activities during the teaching like games and competitions and giving cultural and country presentations. Backgrounds: Advanced Teaching Child (Youth) Education Foreign Languages Education Introductory Teaching Linguistics Subjects Education IMPORTANT: For Teaching & Language Education it won’t be implemented in this Partnership, However we are going to raise EPs for it later. So for the interested LCs please notify me.
o Language Proficiency Arabic(Native) English(Excellent) *Some of the EPs may have other added Language Proficiencies, but the two main Languages are Arabic (Native) and English (Excellent).

4. EPs Quality o It starts from approaching the right Caliber we need that have qualified backgrounds and skills through various communication channels. o The Application Form designed to evaluate the Applicants’ backgrounds and skills and to facilitate the filtration process. o Selection done through Question Banks implemented well to test the Personal Skills and Technical Knowledge according to the requirements, any previous experience would be a plus. o Integration Process, since the Applicant has become an official AIESEC exchange participant (EP), he/she act as a Member. So, we integrate them through Events and Meetings to get deeper understanding of AIESEC andgain more XP and prepare him/her to represent AIESEC Egypt Image abroad.
5. Communication channels o Mutual Databases using Google Spreadsheet o We will have Skype meeting every week, to be settled with the responsible persons from both sides to evaluate the current process. o We will provide you with “EP Package” for each EP uploaded on Dropbox. It contains all the docs you need about the EP in One SINGLE pdf 1. CV (2-page maximum) + Picture (a close up recent picture for your reference) 2. Motivation Letter (1- page adjusted to the internship the EP applying for.) 3. EP form copied directly from MyAIESEC.net. 4. EP AN (will be available after receiving the acceptance) 5. Certificate of Enrolment from the University(in a separated file, if needed)
6. Responsibilities AIESEC 6th October: o Provide AIESEC in Russia with 2-6 Marketing EPs to be raisedduring (March-AprilMay) o Provide AIESEC in Russia with 2-4 IT EPs to be raised during (March-April-May) o EPs should fulfill the required backgrounds, skills and Language Proficiency needed o Send the “EP Package” and Schedule interviews o Send the EP AN after receiving the acceptance o Have a good Communications o Provide CEEDership if Available

AIESEC in Russia: o Raise 2-6 TNs for AIESEC 6th Octoberfor Marketingto be realized during (MayJune-July) o Raise 2-4 TNs for AIESEC 6th OctoberforITto be realized during (May-June-July) o TNs should require the backgrounds, skills and Language Proficiency aligned with the EP Profile mentioned above. o Duration could be between 3-6 months or up to 8 months o Sending the IL early as much as possible so the EP can prepare the Visa and be ready for his/her internship. o Accommodation should be provided and Free o Minimum Salary should cover all life expenses o Provide AIESEC 6th October with promotional materials. *IMPORTANT: The exact EP Profile(whether Marketing or IT or both), number of EPs/TNs and Timeline will be confirmed and written in the Partnership Agreement after having a meeting along with some consequences and actions In case one of the LC’s didn’t fulfill with its responsibilities to maintain the fulfilment of the contract.

AIESEC 6th October Partners
AIESEC 6th October was an initiative by AIESEC Cairo University, Omar Rateb was Selected as Extension Manager and then the executive board was selected, RanaHesham, Gina El-Gamal, Mohamed Fouda and Omar Fawzi. This team Started since the 1st of Jan 2012 along with new members called The Building Team to build AIESEC 6th October. Now, AIESEC 6th October is one of the Largest Local Chapters in the Country, Office located in Smart Village. Now AIESEC 6th October is “The Fastest Growing Entity in the History of AIESEC Egypt & The 1st Social Enterprise that Reaches the Youth of 6th of October City” . It was a great achieved that couldn’t be achieved by any LC yet. The EB 2013 promised to take this LC forward to be ranked globally. LCP Mohamed Fouda, Mohamed Hashem, Tag El Din, Omar Fawzi, Karim Sherif, Omar El Gabry, Omar Zayed, Ayman El-Hakim.
