jäœehL gŸë¡ fšé¤ Jiw obey and follow the orders and directions that may from time to time given by the Government or the Principal, Civil Service Training Institute, Bhavanisagar or the Department or other person duly authorised in this behalf, on completion of his training, he shall, sit for the examination conducted by the Principal, Civil Service Institute, Bhavanisagar and pass it. He agree that he is bound to serve the State Government, for a period of not less than five years at the date of completion of Training as Assistant in the department and if the said Thiru. ____________________ shall in event of failing to observe or perform all or any one or more of the convenients and conditions herein before contained refund to the Government on demand the sum actually drawn as pay and allowances and proportionate cost of training including traveling allowance by the said Thiru. ______________________ during the period of his training. The above written bond or obligation shall be valid and it shall remain in full force. The sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) under the bond may be recovered under the Madras Revenue Recovery Act 1864 (Madras Act. II of 1864) as if, it were in arrear of Land Revenue, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery.
