The Meeting was opened at 7.35pm 1. The 2016 AGM is to be held at the club house on Sunday 20th March @ 10 am 2. The following Have a Go’s were put approval at the AGM  

Ranger’s Evening – Wednesday 22nd June Potentially 3 Corporate Days o CDL – 31 July (Full Day) o Waters – 3rd Sept (Half Day) o Apadmi vs RM (tbc)

3. The following dates have been put forward for the 2016 Club Championships Clout Champs Sunday 29th May Indoor/Outdoor Champs Sunday 2nd October Field Champs Sunday 17th July Outdoor Champs Sunday 11th September Clout Open Sunday 26th June Working parties will be required on the Saturday before the Clout and Field Championships as well as the Clout Open. In each case the field should be available for the work party from 10am onwards – anybody wishing to shoot on those days should arrange to shoot after the work party is complete. 4. Subscriptions – The Committee has recommended the subscriptions fees should be as follows Seniors £100 Juniors £40 Associated Members S/J £52/£10.50 Clout Fellows £40 Current Membership Levels are Seniors - 37 Juniors - 4 5. Ground Rent - Remains at the same as last year @ £300 to be confirm prior to the AGM 6. Elections of Officers – During 2015 Richard Lund stepped down as Secretary and David Palmer volunteered to cover this office and has offered to cover this role as well as Treasurer of the club. All other officers are happy to carry on their roles but we wish to reiterate that these positions are elected positions and should anyone wish to apply for a post they are free to do so. At present Mark Evans is Chairman, David Palmer is Acting Secretary & Treasurer, Martin Mycock is Field Officer, John Allen is Records Officer & Russell Moran is CPO. The club auditor role is still vacant.

Bowmen Of Lyme 7. AGM – The same points as last year 2015 8. Beginners Lessons – Two courses are to be set up this year the first in April the second in May David Palmer and Martin Mycock have offered to lead these courses. Charge remains the same £40 per course. These may be run alongside a Have a go event run by Lyme Park Staff. 9. Competitions – It is posed that we continue with two teams in the Selby league but not to continue putting teams up for the Frostbite league. Round of the month will be held first Sunday of the Month from May to Sept 2016 10. Constitution Changes – None 11. Banking Changes – David to look into setting up a Business Account with a new bank to replace the Royal Bank of Scotland. 12. Website – The current website to be reviewed and amended to clear no necessary options. 13. AOB – None

The secretary was thanked for choice of venue and the meeting was closed at 8.30pm
