During NFIR's PNM meeting held with the Railway Board on 19ft/20ftMay 2016while discussingthe subject matter under Item No. 4012012,it was decidedthat a clarification in the matter *itt t" issued.In the meetingthe Official Side also agreedthat the draft letter to be issued to the Railways, PUs etc will be shown to the Federation.Thereaftera period of over two months has passed,unfortunately draft instructionsto be issuedhave not been sent to the GSA.{FIRtill date.
