More storage in Drive With G Suite Business, you get unlimited storage in Drive (or 1 TB if your organization has fewer than 5 users), instead of the 30 GB you get with G Suite Basic. Keep all sorts of files securely in Drive. Share folders or only individual files with people, whether they’re part of your organization or not. Use the web-based version of Drive or the mobile app to get access to your files from anywhere. Or, install the desktop version and use Drive like any other folder on your computer. Whether you’re using the app, the desktop version, or the web-based version, all your changes get saved in Drive and stay accessible on-the-go.

Use a Team Drive With G Suite Business or G Suite Enterprise editions, you can use Team Drives. If you work with several others in a team, you can create a Team Drive to easily store, search, and access files from any device. Team Drives belong to the team instead of to a user, and even if a team member (or file owner) leaves, the files remain in the Team Drive for everyone else. From Drive, click Team Drive. You’ll be able to create your drive, add members, and then set permissions for everyone (full, edit, comment, or view access). Files in Team Drive are automatically shared with all the members who have access to the Team Drive.

Google Vault Google Vault lets you keep, search, or export your organization's email, chat messages, and files for eDiscovery and compliance. You can choose how long Vault should keep data for legal or other obligations. You can also search and export your organization's files using Vault. Search using keywords, dates, or types of material, and then export the data. For example, you can create searches that include email and chat messages, Google Groups messages, or any type of file in Drive. Vault is entirely web-based, so there's no need to install or maintain any software.

Administrator controls G Suite Business gives you more administrator controls for your organization. If you have several people in your company, you can set up custom alerts sent to your mobile phone if someone’s company phone or computer is lost or stolen. With G Suite Business, you can also track your users’ activity for auditing purposes, or get alerts if documents are shared outside your organization, for example. If you use organizational units for your users, you can make your organization even more secure by restricting certain tasks to specific users. G Suite Business offers Cloud Search. This is a powerful search tool to find company content across Gmail, Docs, Calendar, all other G Suite services, and your company corporate directory.
