At the top, click Settings
3.

6.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
7.
Try sending a test email to yourself. When you read it, click More
in
the email to see your signature. Note: If you don’t see any formatting options while creating your signature, your Gmail is probably in plain text mode. Here’s how to fix it: 1.
In Gmail, click Compose.
2.
In the lower right of the New Message box, click the Down arrow
and deselect Plain text mode.

Add a special signature to your mobile emails You can also create a signature just for emails sent from your phone or tablet. It can be any text, like your contact information, or it can be as simple as a message saying you’re on the road. You can’t add any special formatting to a mobile signature. 1.
Open Gmail on your mobile device.
2.
Tap Menu
3.
Scroll down and tap Settings
4.
(Optional) If you have several accounts, tap your G Suite account name.
5.
Tap Signature.
6.
Add the information you’d like in your signature.
7.
Tap OK.

Tips on creating a strong email signature 1.
2.
Keep it simple with just the necessary details such as your: a.
Name and title
b.
Company name and logo
c.
Website and phone number
Avoid adding too many contact methods. Pick one phone number instead of several business numbers, for example.
3.
Limit your signature to 3‒4 lines.
4.
Use the same font for all the lines of your signature.
5.
If you have colors on your logo, keep the text black or gray. If your logo uses neutral colors like black, gray, or beige, use an accent color.
6.
Use slightly larger or bold fonts for the part you want people to see first in your signature. (Most people make their name slightly larger, so the reader can identify the person quickly.)

7.
Use pipes (|) or colons (:) to separate blocks of text, such as your website and phone number.
8.
The easiest way to display your logo in a signature is to upload the image to your server and link to it from your Gmail signature tool. (Don’t embed it in the email.)
9.
Include business-related links to social media profiles.
10.
For easy reading, keep your signature left-aligned for languages read left-to-right.
