Add an email address (alias) at no extra cost With G Suite, you can create addresses for your business, such as
[email protected] or
[email protected], at no extra cost. Then, you add them as aliases to your G Suite email address. You can send and receive emails with your alias in your G Suite Gmail inbox. You can add up to 30 email aliases for each user, and they won’t count toward your G Suite user number limit.

Step 1
Create the alias address 1.
Sign in to the Google Admin console with your G Suite email address and password.

In the Admin console, click Users. (If you don’t see Users, click More at the bottom of your Adminc console Home page.)

Click your username, and in your user profile, click Account .
4.
Scroll down to the Aliases section, and click Add an alias.
5.
In the Add an alias text box, enter your new alias name.
6.
At the bottom, click Save. Your alias email is usually ready to start receiving emails after a few minutes. (On rare occasions, it can take up to 24 hours.)
Step 2
Change the name displayed on the alias email address To receive and send messages from the alias address, link it to your Gmail address. 1.
Sign in to Gmail using your G Suite username and password.

In the upper-right, click Settings

At the top of the page, click Accounts (you may see Accounts and Import).

In the Send mail as section, next to the email that you want to
> Settings.
modify, click Edit info. 5.
In the pop-up, in the Name field, enter the name you want to be displayed for that email alias address.

Click Save changes.

Change the From eld and send emails from your alias After verifying you own the email address, you can send emails using that alias instead of your primary email address. To change the From address: 1.
When you compose an email, click your name in the From field. Select your alias address.

When you reply to an email, click the empty space next to the recipient listed. Click From and select your alias.
