Add a domain and email alias at no extra cost If you own another domain, you can give all users at your primary domain an email address at this other domain by adding it as a domain alias. For example, if you have 2 businesses and you want to share G Suite services like Gmail, add a domain alias. Then you and your users automatically get a second address at your alias domain (like
[email protected] and
[email protected]). Emails sent to either address go to your Gmail inbox, and you can reply using whichever domain email address you wish. You must own the domain alias to add it to G Suite, and it can’t already be signed up for G Suite. To add a domain alias, verify your domain and change your MX records (the same way you verified your primary domain for G Suite). You can add up to 20 domain aliases for free, but your users will still sign in using the original (primary) domain. Note: You can’t change the username before the domain alias address (the part before the @ sign in the email). So if your username at your G Suite account is
[email protected], your alias address will be
[email protected].
