THINGS ABOUT OUR DAY TOUR PROGRAM BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL and are as simple as telephoning our office on 02 4923 5923 Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm or online www.aaj.com.au. Some tours are more popular than others and early bookings are encouraged to avoid disappointment. PICKUP LOCATIONS/TIMES: Our travel consultants are happy to discuss the closest pickup point for you and departure time will be confirmed at time of booking. Traffic congestion may cause delays but for the convenience of other travellers, please arrive for your tour no later than 15 minutes prior to the given time. PAYMENT is due within 7 days of booking and can be made in person at our office, by credit card or by direct deposit. Payment for your tour indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. CANCELLATION FEES will be levied if you have to cancel your booking with us. The following fees will apply, in addition to any monies already paid on your behalf to our suppliers. Theatre and other event tickets are not refundable. 14 days or more prior to departure $10 fee applies 13 - 4 days prior to departure 50% of fare retained less than 4 days prior to departure 100% of fare retained For the convenience of wait-listed passengers it is essential to notify us by phone on 02 4923 5923 as soon as a necessity arises to cancel. SEATING: Our luxury custom built coaches offer air suspension providing the most comfortable ride on the road - no matter where you sit! Our booking system will automatically allocate your seat number on a first booked basis. Special seating requirements for medical reasons will still be taken into consideration but cannot be guaranteed. Please mention this at the time of booking. If you are booking with a group, please advise us so you are seated together. MEALS AND ADMISSION CHARGES are included as specified in individual tour descriptions. If you have medical dietary needs, please advise us when booking and we will endeavour to have those needs met, however, this cannot be guaranteed. For the comfort and safety of all passengers, smoking, eating or drinking (other than water) is NOT permitted on our coaches.
ALTERATION OF TOUR: We reserve the right to alter the advertised program subject to weather, road conditions or any other reason we perceive to be in the best interests of our guests and/or their safety. LOYALTY PROGRAM With All Australian Journeys, you can earn loyalty points to save you money on your future tours with us. Here’s how it works:
HOW DO I JOIN? For any existing passengers with All Australian Journeys, the Loyalty Program will be applied automatically. If you are new to All Australian Journeys and choose to have your name added to our computer system, loyalty points will begin to calculate from your first booking. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? There is no cost to join and no ongoing fees. HOW DO I EARN POINTS? All AAJ tours valued at $50 or more will qualify to earn loyalty points. You will earn 1 loyalty point for every $50 spent per booking. HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS? Points can be redeemed on any booking of an AAJ tour. One (1) loyalty point is equal to one dollar. DO MY POINTS EXPIRE? Points are issued the day after your travel is complete and are valid for 12 months. CAN I CASH MY POINTS IN? Points are nontransferrable to other passengers nor redeemable for cash. DO I GET A MEMBERSHIP CARD? There is no need for a membership card as we keep track of all points earned. HOW DO I GET A POINTS BALANCE? Just contact our office and our staff will be happy to advise your points balance or provide you with a statement.
CARS left at our depot are left entirely at your own risk. We do not have any insurance for cars left at the depot. BAGGAGE: All baggage is carried entirely at your own risk. Please do not bring valuables.
