Always an educational and enjoyable event - so plan to join us! Early registration deadline is April 8th, registration is $110 after that date. EXHIBITORS $300 before April 8th
Early registration deadline is April 8th; $300 per booth, includes 2-free outdoor equipment spaces. $50 per additional outdoor space. Indoor booths are $350 after April 8th ($400 on-site). Cancellations must be received by April 15th for a refund. Move-in must be completed by 8:00am on April 20th. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring prizes for the five drawings.

Purchase an Exhibit Space The interior exhibit area has 40 booth spaces. The $300 cost includes: 6-ft wide table w/chairs, two 10’x20’ outdoor equipment spaces, and Thursday lunch for 2 representatives (add’l reps $25ea). If your exhibit is wider than 6-ft, you may need to purchase two booth spaces. The exterior equipment display area is located in the hotel’s back parking lot. Additional outdoor spaces are available for $50 each to those that have purchased an interior booth space. Thursday, April 21, 11:15-12:00pm there is agenda time scheduled for vendors to run an equipment event if desired.

At $500, your company’s name will be announced and prominently displayed on special boards.
3. Sponsor a Hole at the Golf Tournament
Your company’s name can be displayed at a course hole for just $150. You could also sponsor prizes for Longest Drive, Closest to Pin, or Longest Putt for $150 each. Prize donations are also accepted (golf balls, tees, putters, etc.) and your agency will be acknowledged.
