Submission is that this was not

contained in any earlier admission brochure of the respondent no.1. The petitioner admittedly already having started their Ph.D.

programme in June 2016 would suffer a huge set-back if this impugned notification is allowed to continue. Notice has been accepted by learned counsels for the respondents. Court affidavit be filed within four weeks with advance copy to the petitioner who may file rejoinder before next date. List on 26.02.2018. Impugned notification is stayed till the next date.
