VENDOR INFORMATION Richland Hills Baptist Church Spring Craft and Vendor Show Saturday, March 25,2017 Proceeds benefit the ministries of Richland Hills Baptist Church Vendor Setup: Setup will be allowed Saturday morning 7:15am – 8:45am Spaces will be assigned by RHBC, however, every effort will be made to accommodate your preferences as indicated on your application. Spaces with electricity are available on a limited basis for an additional fee. No cords are provided. Please keep all storage materials out of sight and your assigned space neat, clean, & professional looking during and after the show. Lunch, breakfast, & beverages will be available for purchase.
RESTRICTIONS:
No sale of food, beverages or water will be allowed by vendors. Other consumables must have prior approval.
Vendors will be responsible for collecting their own sales tax, if applicable on any items sold.
Vendors are responsible for their own licenses/permits required by Tarrant County and the State of Texas.
Vendor booths MUST remain open thru the end of the event, no early break downs or departures are allowed.
No refunds will be given for inclement weather or for the vendor being unable to attend.
We reserve the right to restrict the sale, display, or distribution of any materials we deem unfit for a family environment.
We reserve the right to expel any vendor behaving in a manner that is not family friendly.

There are indoor and outdoor spaces available. Indoor spaces are 8’x8’. You provide your tables and table coverings (table covering must reach the floor in front in order to provide out of sight storage.) We provide 2 chairs per space. Outdoor spaces are 10’x10’. Tents are optional. We will provide one 8’ table and 2 chairs. You provide table coverings (table covering must reach the ground in front in order to provide out of sight storage.) Electricity is only available with an indoor space and is limited. There is an additional $15 charge for electricity provided spaces.

RICHLAND HILLS BAPTIST CHURCH SPRING CRAFT AND VENDOR SHOW WAIVER: The undersigned dealer/vendor warrants that the dealer/vendor is the sole owner of the merchandise being exhibited at the RHBC Springtime Craft and Vendor Show. It is understood that RHBC merely arranged for the exhibition and sale of merchandise and assumes no responsibility for safekeeping or protection of the same. In consideration of, and to induce the arrangement by RHBC for exhibition and sale of this merchandise, the undersigned dealer/vendor does hereby release RHBC, its members, volunteers, and trustees from any claim, action, demand, or liability arising out of any conduct of any nature of the church, and does hereby indemnify, assume the responsibility for and by any person for expense or damage arising from the exhibition and/or sale of the merchandise. It is understood that RHBC is providing space to the dealer/vender for a suggested donation for the display and sale of merchandise and that RHBC assumes no responsibility for the supervision or protection of the provided space or the contents therein.
