For travel, students should wear a school shirt, comfortable school appropriate bottoms, and comfortable shoes

Dance clothes: black leotard, black dance shorts, tan tights, pink tights, all dance shoes, colored leotards, sweatpants
Cell phones are allowed but must be turned off and kept packed during dinner, classes, and activities unless an emergency situation arises
•
iPads, computers, and cameras are allowed, but the school is not responsible for their safe keeping.
•
Please make sure you have digitally signed and submitted the enrollment & medical forms (authorization for medication if applicable). If your child takes prescription medication please refer to checklist below.
Medications: •
Your lead chaperone will hold all medications, prescription and OTC. Students should not have OTC or prescription medications in their possession. All medication must be supplied to the lead chaperone for your school in the original package with the original prescription label.

Items to pack: leggings, jeans, sweatpants, winter pants, tops, long sleeve sweaters, light jackets
•
All clothing should be school appropriate.
•
Sneakers are preferable, as the students will be traveling through the airport with luggage and walking in the city. Comfortable walking shoes are a must. (No high heels or flipflops.)
•
You will need appropriate outerwear (sweaters, sweatshirts, jackets, scarves, gloves), as the temperature in New York may be cold. CHECK THE WEATHER!
Toiletries: •
Appropriate for a 3 night stay at the hotel (Please consult your airline’s website for current TSA carry-on requirements).
