AGREEMENT FOR RV/TRUCK CAMPING THIS AGREEMENT is between the Kootenai County Fairgrounds & Event Center (Fairgrounds), and the undersigned (Lessee). The Lessee may park their RV(s)/truck(s) and stall their animal(s) as follows: Date of arrival: _________/_________/_________

TOTAL PAYMENT DUE $ Payment is to be PAID IN ADVANCE to Fairgrounds representative or Fairgrounds office. The premises have been examined by the Lessee and is taken in its condition as-is. Lessee agrees to restore premises to Fairgrounds in the same condition as found. FAIRGROUNDS SHALL: • Use reasonable safeguards against fire, theft and accidents, but does not assume any liability for damages to goods or property of Lessee from fire, theft, water or storm, or any liability for accidents to animals, persons or property caused under, or by virtue of the operations of Lessee under this contract. THE LESSEE SHALL: • Comply fully with all the laws and ordinances of the State of Idaho, County of Kootenai and the rules and regulations of the Kootenai County Fairgrounds and the Kootenai County Fire Protection District No. 1. • The Lessee agrees to indemnity and hold harmless the North Idaho Fair Board, Kootenai County Fairgrounds, Kootenai County, Idaho, and their respective agents and employees against all claims, damages, looses, and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, in case of action, arising out of the Lessee’s space bargained for herein, is filed for bodily injury, illne ss, or death, or property damage, including loss of use, and caused in whole or in part by the undersigned Lessee’s negligent act or omission, or by any agent of the undersigned Lessee, or by anyone whose act or omission the Lessee may be liable. • Areas around horse trailers and stalls must be cleaned prior to leaving. (Pick up all manure and hay, take it home with you.) A $50 fee will be assessed to those in violation of this rule. • All Pets need to leave no trace. Please remove all waste deposited by your animals. A $50 fee will be assessed to those in violation of this rule.
