Student absences should be reported to the school by the parent via the student absence report. You can find the link to the report on our school website or by typing in the following link: http://tinyurl.com/lheabsences. Please still send a signed note or doctor’s note in your child’s purple folder after any absence with the reason for the absence. All transportation change requests need to be submitted to
[email protected] by 2:00 pm. Emails submitted after that time will not be processed. Change requests made via notes, phone calls, text messages and emails to an email other than the one listed above will no longer be accepted. Mondays are college/career days – students are invited to participate by wearing college spirit shirts or career shirts! Fridays are spirit days – students are invited to show their panther pride by wearing a panther spirit shirt or panther colors – purple and gold! Keep collecting Box Tops, and Coke lids to receive funds for our school! Mrs. Kidd, our librarian, is asking for parents to submit photos of elementary kids reading book. Please go to our school website, http://lheslibertyhill.sharpschool.com/, and look below the calendar for the button to click to upload photos. Photos will be displayed on the bulletin board near the library. A link has been added to the first grade webpage as well as the LHE homepage with information about reading levels and Lexile levels. These will help you find on-level reading material for your child.
