Dear Riverside District 96 Families, We welcome you to the Early Learners Preschool Program open enrollment process for the 2017‐18 school year. Registration is a combined time related/lottery process. The Early Learner Program is available to: ● Residents of Riverside School District 96 ● Children who are three to four years of age by September 1, 2017 We will accept ONLY mailed applications postmarked on or after February 1, 2017. N o walk‐in applications will be accepted. The student openings will be illed according to the POSTMARK DATE. Pre‐registrations sent to us postmarked earlier than February 1st or pre‐registrations not postmarked will be returned to the sender. Please read and follow all directions carefully. 1) Complete a pre‐registration form for each child. 2) Enclose a $15.00 n on‐refundable pre‐registration fee (payable to Riverside School Dist. 96) 3) Mail the pre‐registration form and fee, p ostmarked on or after February 1, 2017 to: Riverside School District 96 Early Learners Registration 63 Woodside Road Riverside, Illinois 60546 Con irmation of placement in a class or waiting list status will be con irmed by the irst week of March. Tuition: $3000/school year (Checks made payable to Riverside School District 96) Registration Fee: $ 70 – Due at time of registration Payment Option 1: Pay in full $3000 Full amount due August 18, 2017 *Registration fee waived/returned if paid in full
Payment Option 2: Pay in 3 installments of $1000 each Installments due August 18, 2017, November 17, 2017, February 15, 2018
Payment Option 3: Pay 9 monthly installments of $334 each due on: Aug. 18, Sept. 29, Oct. 31, Nov. 30, Dec. 15, 2017 Jan. 31, Feb. 28, March 23, April 30, 2018
