Pass and move into space All the players is standing behind cones. There´s one cone that´s always open. The player with the ball pass it to one of his teammates and then moves in to space (the open cone).

After the pass - RUN towards the open space - practice like you would play in a game

Progression: Weaker foot only Dribble towards the open space and then pass the ball to a teammate

Look up to find the open space Communicate with the person you're passing to

Technique

Pass-Pass-Pass-Shoot (Penetrating the defense) Three different groups with 5-10 yards between them. Set up the area in front of the goal and explain the different responsibilities and runs they are making in order to penetrate through the defense. CM-CF-CM——> CM2 Add a GK in the goal.

Focus and timing in the passes Loose your defender and move into space Communication Hit the goal

Progression: Add cones as defenders Add offside line 2 touches 1 touch only Goalie

Technique (Pressure/ Game Related)

Scrimmage with playing out from the back Set up a scrimmage area and divide the field into defensive, central and offensive 3rds. Always start from GK/ CB. Talk about the task and responsibility on each position and how to formate your team with and without the ball.
