TRANSIT SHELTER for Eagle Rock, Cypress, San Fernando Intersection
At it’s meeting of September 11, 2014, the Economic Development and Planning / Land Use Committee reviewed plans presented by Andrew Montealegre on behalf of Council District 1 and the Glassell Park Improvement Association for a new Transit Shelter. Also present for a time was Council District Deputy Jose Rodriguez who clarified that the Council office needed community input by Friday, September 19. Committee members raised several issues for which the primary one was the shortness of time to review the plans. Other issues included maintenance of the Transit Shelter and graffiti removal, especially on the shades. Landscaping and other details not yet determined were other concerns.
