Presidents Report:
National Conference ‐ August, 2013 ‐ Indiana.
Fundraising: Discussions were held regarding the selling of T‐shirts and/or pins as a fundraiser at the conference. Comments were given by: Suzanne is willing to explore the cost of T‐shirts, size ratio, prices, etc. and will be driving to the conference therefore saving the cost of shipment. Laurie reported she has approximately 25 IDP pins left. Karen researched pins and T‐shirts and sent the results to the Council Board for discussion. Darlene questioned the Exhibit Hall requirements for Member Sections at national where these items will be sold. Sue will fax the request form for a space and table to the national office. It was suggested we check into www.fancloth.com as an organization that creates a catalogue order. Individual buyers can order at any time ‘on line’. Amy suggested two IDP volunteers to ‘man’ this task. The final decision will be made on the next Tele‐conference.
