Dear Heide Trask Community, First Semester Exams will be here very soon. Our hope is to find local volunteers to serve as proctors during our testing sessions, which are on the following days: ● ● ● ●

Friday, January 12th Tuesday, January 16th Wednesday, January 17th Thursday, January 18th

Proctors will need to arrive by 7:55am and report to the Media Center for a brief training and room assignments. Testing sessions should conclude by 12:30pm. Feel free to volunteer a single day or multiple days, whichever is convenient for your schedule. We are hoping to secure 10-15 proctors per day to support our testing efforts. We will provide morning snacks for our volunteers and ensure that you will be treated with respect as a special guest during your time on our campus. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated and will help afford you an updated look at today’s students, as well as, allow you the opportunity to work with some of eastern North Carolina’s best teachers.
