Redwood Harbor Village Contest The Crescent City Harbor District needs your help to create a logo for the new tourist lodging offerings at the Harbor. A logo that highlights some of the great qualities of the new ‘Redwood Harbor Village”: proximity to the beach, the Redwoods, marine life, and water sports, and also illustrates the range of our tourist lodgings-from tent camping to RV’s to Tiny Houses. Please submit your logo ideas in an EPS format by Thursday, May 11, 2017 electronically to

The Creative Living class will be having a driver safety class in May. Start Smart Program is a driver safety education class which targets new and future licensed teenage drivers between the ages of 15 19. Officer Gonzales from the Crescent City office will be here on May 31 at 1:00 PM to present this class. Students completing the course receive a certificate that may qualify them for a discount on their auto insurance. Students can sign up on the clipboard in room 9, through their teachers or through Kathy Buckley (
[email protected]). Also, Officer Gonzales will be speaking about careers in the California Highway patrol. Please attend to explore this career option.
