Daniel Pemrick called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. led by the Pledge of Allegiance and asked for roll call. Other Admin Present:

Presentations:
Recognition of Cross Country Champions & Football Team
Public Comments:
There were no public comments.
Approval of Minutes:
Ms. Hall moved seconded by Mr. Conlin and carried unanimously to approve the minutes held on 11/14/16.
Reports:
Ms. Hall moved, seconded by Mr. Conlin, Mrs. Miller abstained and carried 4-0 to approve the Treasure’s Report, Budget Status Report, Revenue Status, Enrollment Report, and tax collectors report.
Budget Transfers:
Ms. Hall moved, seconded by Mr. Conlin and carried unanimously to approve budget transfers as presented for ordinary contingent expenditures necessary to maintain the educational program, or necessary to preserve property or ensure the health and safety of students or staff.
Rescind & Reinstatement:
Mr. Conlin moved, seconded by Mrs. Miller and carried unanimously to rescind the provisional appointment of Jackie Donisthorpe to the positon of Library Clerk and reinstates her to the permanent position of Teacher Aide.
Unpaid Leave:
Mr. Conlin moved, seconded by Mrs. Miller and carried unanimously to approve an unpaid leave to Kathleen Keitel from her position as Cafeteria Aide with a commencement date of 1/3/17 and a return date of 3/10/17.
Classified Probationary Appointment:
Mr. Conlin moved, seconded by Mrs. Miller and carried unanimously to approve the classified probationary appointment of Christine Stout to the position of Teacher Aide for a probationary period commencing on 11/28/16 and ending on5/27/17. Salary as per CSEA contract.
Appointment of Elementary Principal:
Mr. Conlin moved, seconded by Mrs. Miller and carried unanimously to approve Jennie Mueller who is pending Professional certification in the School Building Leader area is hereby appointed on probation to the position of Elementary Principal for a probationary period commencing on or about 1/2/17 and anticipated to end on or about 1/1/21, contingent upon achievement of effective or highly effective APPR ratings necessary to receive tenure throughout her probationary period. Salary: $85,000
Volunteer Coaching Appointments:
Mr. Conlin moved, seconded by Mrs. Miller and carried unanimously to approve the following volunteer coaching appointments for the 2016-2017 school year. 7th Grade Girls Basketball – David Henning
7th Grade Boys Basketball – John Winch
CSE CPSE:
Mrs. Miller moved, seconded by Mrs. Autiello and carried unanimously to approve the recommendations of the CSE/CPSE.
Field Trip:
Mrs. Miller moved, seconded by Mrs. Autiello and carried unanimously to approve a field trip for FFA students to the Leadership Conference in Syracuse on January 28 – 29, 2017as presented.
Substitute Pay Rate:
Mrs. Miller moved, seconded by Mrs. Autiello and carried unanimously to approve an increase in the no-teaching substitute pay rate as presented.

Boundary Alterations:
Mrs. Miller moved, seconded by Mrs. Autiello and carried unanimously to approve the following resolutions regarding boundary alterations: Resolved upon recommendation of the Superintendent, Whereas Washington County discovered that certain Town of Easton parcels are currently listed within the boundaries of the wrong school district and Whereas the process to correct requires each school district involved to pass a consenting resolution to the boundary alternations, and Whereas the owners of the parcels have been notified in writing by the WSWHE BOCES of the necessary boundary alterations, Therefore the Board consents to the following boundary alterations, such alterations to occur after an order is made in writing by the District Superintendent of the WSWHE BOCES. Public Comments:
Randy Swift, President of the GTA Welcomed Mrs. Mueller as the new Elementary Principal and thanked Mrs. Palmer for her time in the district.
Superintendent’s Report:
Primary Water Testing is complete and results can be found on the district website. Good job by Treavor and Ron regarding the last snow fall. Winter concerts are now underway.
Executive:
Ms. Hall moved seconded by Ms. Miller and carried unanimously to adjourn for an executive session for contractual at 6:13.
Regular Session:
Ms. Hall moved, seconded by Mrs. Autiello and carried unanimously to return to regular session at 6:40 pm.
