[email protected] Abstract Three major experiments have been carried out using 20 Friesian cows as a donor and 11 Friesian cows as a recipient. The aims of the first step of this experiment was to find out ovulation rate and increasing of the PMSG dose. Of that four parameters that analyzed, there revealed that of 4500 IU PMSG injected into the donor is not recommended because effected bad responses mainly either to the ovulation rate or production of progesterone per unit CL existing on the ovaries. In the second step only around 36.8% embryos recovery can be found. This lower result most probably was due to the foley catheter was not long enough. Six out of 11 recipient have been transferred with the embryo, show high level progesterone up to 14 days following transferred. But only 36% the pregnancy rate were persistently maintained in recipient until 60 days following transferred, there was palpated through rectally examination. Elsewhere 10 embryos were being kept frozen in the cryoprotective liquid nitrogen for more less 2 years. Although repeating injection of PMSG has been realized to promote producing of anti PMSG, but as far as in third step of this experiment was not effect the ovulation rate in which there was repeated during 2and 4 month of the superovulation. It was therefore, repeating superovulation in the donor can be done more frequently compared only 3 times a year as well as realized previously.
