Call to Order – Meeting was called to order at 12:03pm 1. Acceptance of Minutes of November 5, 2015 – Minutes unavailable. Tabled. 2. Additions to the Agenda a. Executive Session – Went into Executive Session from 12:50pm and came out 1:15pm 3. New Business a. New Union Rep appointments – There was a motion to appoint Sharon McDermott and Jason Escalera as the Area Reps for areas 28 and 40, respectively. Motion by Morenus, seconded by Best. Area 33 election is concluding this week. Still need reps in Areas 7, 21, 31, 32 and 34. 4. Old Business a. UCPEA Agency Fee Update – We are down to 112 Agency Fee Payers to date. 5. Reports a. President’s Report – No report b. Staff Reports i. Lindsay Jenkelunas – Wrapped up with Stamford on Tuesday. Case updates. ii. Chuck Morrell – Case updates
