In other words, they are reports and other documents made by Officer Zipperer as a result of the death of Delores Ann Miller in the time period you referred to, and emails of the kind you identified in your request. I don’t know what you mean by “inventory” but am not aware of any requirement in the law that a record custodian prepare a summary or detailed description of the records. If you would like copies of them, please make the prepayment referred to in my email of December 20, 2016.

I am still waiting on the questions I had about the Karen Elsenpeter prepared Video / Voice / Image request on 7 disks - re the what I call positive ID in the situation of having the auctual evidence destroyed in secret with no family to ID. I want to know if the images have been redacted, if the voices removed or altered and the size of the files on the disks. That is what I wanted for "positive" ID - No one can answer if my puctures are of the people I sent. 28 years as residents is odd not to be able to have an answer on that.
