Wholesale Pricing Wholesale prices are posted on the ThinOptics Dealer Website and may change from time to time.
Minimum Order Requirement A minimum opening order of 15 24 units per retail location is required to become an authorized ThinOptics dealer.
Minimum Presence Authorized Dealers are expected to maintain a minimum presence of 10 units on display at all times in order to adequately represent the ThinOptics collection and to avoid missed sales.

Minimum Advertised Price Policy ThinOptics has instituted a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to build and maintain ThinOptics image. Our MAP policy is part of the Dealer Agreement.
Retail Standards The following retail standards insure that ThinOptics Dealers project a brand image consistent with the ThinOptics brand: 1. The exterior and interior appearance of the store, its fixturing, and services and overall ambiance are consistent with the ThinOptics image; and 2. Dealer advertising and merchandising, sales personnel and sales techniques are consistent with a quality consumer brand.
Graphic Standards Any reproduction of the ThinOptics logo, logotype, and ThinOptics trademark must be made in accordance with ThinOptics Trademark Usage Policy included in the Dealer Agreement. This standard applies to any and all print and electronic media including but not limited to newspapers, catalogs, magazines, television, radio, and the Internet.
Internet Policy ThinOptics does not permit the selling of ThinOptics products on internet sites not owned by the Authorized Dealer or on 3rd party e-commerce websites such as Amazon or E-Bay without approval in writing as part of the Dealer Application. If an account is discovered to be reselling ThinOptics to third party Internet sites without prior written authorization, the account may be terminated.
Not For Resale Dealer agrees (i) not to sell or otherwise transfer any ThinOptics products to any individual or entity that one might reasonably believe has the intention of reselling the products; (ii) not to advertise or solicit sales or sell ThinOptics products over electronic media such as the Internet other than over Dealers own website approved in writing as part of the Dealer Application, unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
